  • No audio, transcripts, or AI data are uploaded to our servers
  • We do not use analytics or tracking tools
  • We only collect the minimum data required to operate user accounts and subscriptions

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

When you create an account using email login or Google Sign-In, we store your email address only for authentication and account access.

3.2 Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Stripe handles payment data according to its own privacy policy.

3.3 Support Communication

If you contact us manually at support@mila.rocks, we receive only the information you choose to share.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or process audio recordings, transcripts, analytics, tracking data, crash logs, device identifiers, or location data.

All audio and transcription data stays locally on your device.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for basic website functionality such as login sessions. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

6. macOS Application and Audio Processing

The Mila macOS application records audio locally based on user-selected microphones or applications. Transcription is performed entirely on-device using technologies such as Apple Speech, Apple Foundation Models, Whisper, or Ollama models.

No data is uploaded. There is no cloud sync.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. When deleted, your email address is removed from our database.

8. GDPR Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact legal@mila.rocks for privacy requests.

9. Children's Privacy

Mila is not intended for children under the age of 16.
